A. We are adding new items and stores all the time, check in frequently.

Q. Why isn't my favourite store listed?
A. Simply, we didn't hear about it, or they never contacted us. Please tell us a way to contact them,
or tell them about us.

Q. Why isn't my favourite category listed?
A. Sure... We can add it, just tell us about it and we will do what we can.

Q. I can't find the items/category I want. Can you add them for me?
A. We add categories based on products added or stores request. You can tell us what you like,
and we will try to search for it and add it.

Q. I contacted the store, but he told me different prices that are on the site. Why?
A. Prices do change alot -especially in Egypt!!- and stores might increase of decrease prices a bit.
If you felt that the store is trying to play with prices, contact us and we will try to prove it.. IF it is true, store will be banned from EGprices.com

Q. Are the prices up to date?
A. The prices are updated as much as we can. Read the date beside each product to know the
actual date the product was added, checked or updated.

Q. Can I tell you about prices I know?
A. Yes, you can. Though we might not be able to change unless we confirm from the store, but it
will be a nice help!

Q. What are the store listing fees?
A. Store listing is FREE for basic account. We do offer more valuable premium package for a small fee for more advanced options and unlimited listing.

Q. What are the items listing fees for the premium package?
A. Please contact our sales for more information.

Q. Can I add any number of items?
A. The basic account has a limited number, the premium package has an unlimited number of listings.

Q.Are there any conditions for adding an item?
A. Yes, items must be approved by Egyptian laws and terms.

Q.How can I get my items to be shown more? there are lots of other competitive items!

A. Contact our sales they will offer you with all the help you need.
